Storage Method
Please store it in the refrigerator for 3 months. Drinking the Kombucha after refrigeration will result in an even better taste! (It must be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within one week if opened)
Matters Needing Attention
The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is yeast which formed by active yeast chains. Please shake the drink gently before drinking. We also insist on not using high-temperature pasteurization, so each bottle contains a rich natural active probiotic, which increases the effervescence of the drink and brings vitality to the beverage. Therefore, please be careful when opening it, as the carbonation may burst out. Furthermore, the longer the fermented drink is stored, the less sugar content it will have, and the flavor will change accordingly.

Raw sugar is added during the fermentation process, which is then converted into ethanol, i.e., alcohol, through fermentation. Therefore, for individuals who are alcohol allergy or have diabetes, and pregnant women are not recommended to consume the fermented products.
